Scheduling Screen

• The Scheduling Screen is used mainly to place Individual Tuition (private one to one bookings) in classes with a teacher.

• It is also used to display an overview of Teacher, Room or Student availability

Creating Individual Tuition Placements

• It is possible to easily schedule multiple lessons in one drag and drop move

  • For example if a student would like to be scheduled Mon/Wed/Fri 2pm-4pm This Week, Until a date, or End of Course.

Changes to Individual Tuition (once saved)

• Right click of a lesson will now show a drop down for any lessons created in a series - Cancel Future Occurrences so that changes can be made to the rest of the series.
