Get External Share for Confluence
Start your 30-day free trial of External Share for Confluence from the Atlassian Marketplace or directly in your Confluence instance by going to "Find new apps". Only Administrators can install apps in Confluence.
Install directly in your Confluence instance:
1.Click “Apps” in the menu at the top of the page
2. Select “find new apps”
3.On the marketplace, search for the app
4.Select “Try it free” to start your 30-day free trial
When the free trial is over:
If you added credit card details or linked a PayPal account, you will be automatically charged.
If you used a bank transfer, check, or ACH you will receive an email with a payment reminder. You will have a 14-day grace period.
If you have not paid for the subscription, the created links will still be available, but you will not be able to create new links or edit existing ones.

Getting Started
Getting Started
On any Confluence page, click the "External Share” icon in the top right to create a new link and view this page links.
To create a new link, click the "Create External Share Link" button
Once you have created the link and selected the options you require (see Link Options for more details) you can send the link directly via email
You can customize the format of your email, decide if you want to share the password and add a friendly message
Here's an example of the email that external users will receive
Click the External Share button in the left menu (APPS) to see all links that have been created in the Space
Administrators will find here global settings and space settings.
If you forget to add an option to a link, want to change the password or update the expiration date just go back and edit the link. You don't need to create a new link, the existing link can be edited and updated as many times as you need!
The shared page displays text, tables, images, and most Confluence macros.
If you have enabled the permissions to add comments and attachments, anyone with the link can add them.
