[ B ] BUG: Problem with the synchronization of private appointments [MCS4-228]

Following an update from SAP, problems could occur with the synchronization of private appointments due to the changes made. We have now fixed this.

To ensure that we are working with the correct data for contact synchronization and to avoid any overlap, we now include a 10-second buffer when saving updates to contacts.

Some other minor bugs have been fixed and improvements introduced to increase the stability and performance of maiConnect.
