Subject Access Request (SAR) Submission Process
In accordance with data protection regulations such as the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Tollring provides a clear and accessible process for individuals to exercise their right to request access to their personal data. The following outlines the standard procedure for customers to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR):
1. Accessing the Ticketing Portal
Customers can initiate a SAR by submitting a request through the designated Tollring Ticketing Portal.

Customers do not need to have an active user account to raise a SAR; the ticketing portal is accessible to all individuals seeking to exercise their data rights.
2. Submission of Request
Customers are advised to provide the following details to ensure timely processing of their request:
Full name
Email address or other identifiers used in past interactions with Tollring
A clear description of the data being requested
Any supporting documentation to aid identification and verification
Upon submission, the request is automatically assigned to the Tollring Support Queue for further processing.
3. Acknowledgement and Contact
A member of the Tollring Help Desk team will review the request and initiate contact with the customer to:
Acknowledge receipt of the SAR
Confirm the nature and scope of the request
Request any additional information or identity verification if necessary
All communications will be handled through the ticketing system or via the contact details provided by the requester.
4. Fulfilment Timeline
In line with legal obligations, Tollring will respond to all SARs within 5 days from the date of receipt or successful verification, whichever is later. In cases where the request is complex, an extension may be applied, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
