Reset Customer Experience User Password
It is possible to manually send a password reset link to Customer Experience users if they are having problems with the password reset process.
This applies to the Booking Portal, Student Portal and Teacher Portal.
This requires user permissions - please contact your System Administrator if you do not have permissions to do this.
Instructions
Navigate to the Account in question.
Click through to the related Contact record for the Account
On the Contact record, click on “View Customer User”
Ensure User is “Active”, then press “Reset Password”
This will trigger a password reset email to the user sent to the user email address with a link to click to reset their password.
