Contact Record Types & Page Layouts

Record types have now been implemented on the Contact object

• Student

• Agent

• Company

• Teacher

• Accommodation

• Supplier

Each new record type has been assigned to a new page layout.

This means that now we can arrange the fields and layout according to contact type - for example the accommodation contact can have fields appropriate to a family member.
