Product Calibration, Service, Fault Finding and Repair
The MicroBio range features a common design and build profile. Therefore, common faults and issues will arise with time and use, most of which are covered in the Customer Technical Support Portal knowledge base.
We expect all models to provide at least 10 years of service life if cared for correctly. We regularly receive samplers for service and calibration that are over 20 years old.

These issues are publicly available to help users resolve issues. Issues beyond this will require direct technical support from Cantium Scientific, or for the product to be returned for repair.
