[ B ] BUG: Contacts created in Exchange were duplicated in S4 [MCS4-465]

There have been reports of isolated cases where contacts created in Exchange were duplicated in the S4 system during the subsequent synchronization.

We have identified the cause of the problem and fixed the bug.

Es wurden einzelne Fälle gemeldet, in denen Kontakte, die in Exchange angelegt wurden, bei der anschließenden Synchronisation droppelt im S4 System angelegt wurden.

Some other minor bugs have been fixed and improvements introduced to increase the stability and performance of maiConnect.
