T-Portal Settings

Several options can be changed in the settings area, which is accessible easily from your dashboard:

General Information

• Clicking the Edit button, users can change their first and last names:

• The super admin can upload a logo in SVG format:

  

   

Change Password

• Clicking the Change Password button, user can change their passwords

• The old password is a required field for that action:

  

Two Factor Authentication

• In this section, Super Admin can toggle on the Two Factor Authentication option:

  

   

• Toggling on that option, the super admin needs to select one of the available authentication methods:

  • Memorable word: From 8-20 characters and case sensitive

  • Email OTP: You will receive an OTP, a one-time password, and log in using it.

  • Google Authenticator: Register it via Google Authenticator app on your mobile, by scanning the QR or setting a manual key.
