Booking Portal Landing Page
During ML work, investigated potential to use landing page to direct customers to different Products with different Portal Settings/Portal Texts.
To note, no other client uses the landing page in this way - all other use their website as the “front door” and direct the users direct to specific Services or groups of Services.
Discovered issue with Location on front landing page of Booking Portal following change to Enhanced Domains.
The “London - Young Adults” Location option has now been disabled.
May take some time to resolve, so instead suggest switching LSE website pages Book Now buttons to point direct to Service page:

PriceItems
School Holiday behaviour
Currently set to charge the student for any bank holidays.
If require separate nominal codes per language, need a separate PriceItem for each Language.
Client to advise. Potentially five new nominals - one per language. Giacomo to confirm.
Client to advise VAT status. Giacomo to confirm.
Classing
Classes will need to be set up for each language/level/sub-level (to match each Service), and the lessons created per period with the specific day of the week.
Then auto-classing can place them automatically if they are related to the corresponding Service.
Need all Classes/Lessons to be created prior to Go Live for auto-classing to work.
Potential training session/support required for Giacomo on this.
Internal training for Giacomo with Ben/Chris who are very familiar with Classes/Classing.
Escalate to Schoolworks if any issues.
Requires testing of auto-classing process once portal running.
Online Booking System
Main landing page - What is your level of English? With link to English Test. Not appropriate - related to above issue.
Better to use the website as the “front door” to direct students to the relevant language/level.
Agreed in meeting links to Services and Service Groups would be used only - not the main landing page.
Rich to send through links to Natasha when in place.
Cannot proceed with creation of Portal Settings/Portal Text records without the Personal Details fields from client.

What is required for Go Live? Need these ASAP as may take time to configure.
