Learner Portal Activation/Configuration
Details of the Learner Portal configuration, last updated April 2024.
Previously LSE used the Classic Student Portal
Then Lightning Learner Portal introduced, both running concurrently and users can switch between the two
April 2024, addition of Young Adults Home Page
User Activation Process:
Student Account and Enrolment created (for any School)
Confirmation email sent to student (manually by Admissions Team) asking student to login with GUID link:
Student clicks on link, goes through to page where they can check their email, or change/enter if required:
Pressing “Activate” looks at the Contact and creates a related User.
Creation of the User triggers the password reset email:
Student clicks on the link to verify their address and set up a password:
Student then lands on the Home Page related to the Default School on their Account.
Everyone except YA go to the Main Home Page.
