Resupply Thresholds
Introduction
The Resupply Thresholds report provides additional information on resupply timings and quantities and how they are affected by various resupply settings - mainly Short/Long Window, Site Resupply Logic, and the Buffer Confidence Level. The Short Window Demand will always be the Buffer Confidence % of that value in the Short Window, and the Long Window Demand is the Average of the Patient Net Demand. The Buffer Confidence Coverage can be found in the Patient Net Demand Report. The report data can be shown for different network levels, determined by the report selector (i.e., the Select Network level dropdown).
Please refer to the Forecast Calculation Logic page for additional details on the below.
Report Selectors
Depot: Shows the resupply thresholds at depots over time.
Actual Site: Shows the resupply thresholds at actual sites at the date of the Actuals Extract.
Average Site: Shows the resupply thresholds at an average site over time.
The Depot Level in the Resupply Threshold Report will always show (regardless of Resupply Logic used):
Demand in the Short Window - "effective" buffer/trigger
Demand in the Short Window + Demand in the Long Window - "effective" ceiling
Example - Depot Level
When using Prancer RTSM Resupply Logic in the SMART Editor, the Average Site Level will show:
Demand in the Short Window - “effective” buffer/trigger
Demand in the Short Window + Demand in the Long Window - “effective” ceiling
Predictable Demand (PD) in the Short Window + Correlated Unpredictable Demand (CUD) in the Short Window - demand from existing patients in the Short Window
Uncorrelated Unpredictable Demand (UUD) in the Short Window - demand from enrolling patients in the Short Window
Example - Average Site Level with Prancer Resupply Logic
When using Buffer + Prediction Resupply Logic in the SMART Editor, the Average Site Level will show:
Demand in the Short Window - "effective" buffer/trigger
Demand in the Short Window + Demand in the Long Window - "effective" ceiling
Floor Value - either the user-defined value or the value calculated and recommended by 4C Supply
Ceiling Value - either the user-defined value or the value calculated and recommended by 4C Supply
Example - Average Site Level with Buffer + Prediction Resupply Logic
When using Buffer Only Resupply Logic in the SMART Editor, the Average Site Level will show:
Floor Value - either the user-defined value or the value calculated and recommended by 4C Supply
Ceiling Value - either the user-defined value or the value calculated and recommended by 4C Supply
Example - Average Site Level with Buffer Only Resupply Logic
When using RTSM Actuals, the Actual Site Level will display the details for actual sites based on the Resupply Logic defined in the SMART Editor.

Fields and Filters
Depot
Determines for which depot(s) data is shown in the report.
Only shown when depot is selected as the network level. This field will change to Actual Site or Average Site based on network level selected.
Dispensing Unit
Defines the dispensing unit(s) for which resupply threshold quantities are shown. By default, stacked data for all dispensing units are shown in the report. Therefore, it often makes sense to filter for a specific dispensing unit.
Quantity
The quantity of resupply threshold at that period of time.
Time
Defines the periods for which thresholds is shown. The duration of a period is determined by the Report Interval value selected in the Demand Configuration Table.
Period start dates are displayed as rows by default.
