This is to certify MicroBio Validation Kit manufactured from April 2017 comply with the essential requirements of the following European Community Directives when used according to their intended purpose of checking air sampling machines for air hygiene monitoring:

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU

The MicroBio Validation Kit is a non-electrical device and this standard is not applicable.

RoHS

Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) Directive (EU 2015/863)

BS EN 50581:2012

REACH registration

A registration number is not available for the products as the product or its use are exempted from registration according to Article 2 REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, the annual tonnage does not require a registration or the registration is envisaged for a later registration deadline.

This item is not a hazardous product and does not contain hazardous ingredients, substances with European Community workplace exposure limits or substances of very high concern (SVHC) above their respective disclosure limits. Hence a safety data sheet is not required according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and also not available in this case.
