Teacher Portal - Online Class Details & Email to Students

The CLASS record can now hold the online class details - Zoom/Teams URL, ID and Password.

These details can be made visible to the teacher in the teacher portal, alongside their lesson details on the lesson screen

Email online class details to students

The teacher has a new ‘Email Students’ button which will broadcast an email to all students in their class the online class details - without the need to disclose the students email address to the teacher for safeguarding.
