Introduction

The lots input screen displays the interpreted existing and planned lots table. Verifying alignment between the intended and interpreted lots specification can be used to ensure that the existing and planned lots will be considered as expected in the forecast calculation.

Lot number as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

Dispensing Unit

Dispensing unit code as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

Release Date

Release date as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

Release Location

Release location as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

Expiry Date

Expiry date as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

Available Quantity

Available quantity as specified in the existing and planned lots table.

If an RTSM extract has been loaded, the Available Quantity will display the total quantity of kits in the extract, including damaged and dispensed kits.

Release Quantity

If an RTSM extract has been loaded, the Release Quantity will display the quantity of kits in the extract that are available for dispensing. This excludes damaged and dispensed kits but includes kits that are available, in transit, or quarantined.
