This is a monthly update meeting for ongoing projects (January – March)
The meeting is strictly 90 minutes with the following agreed agenda:
Support update questions (20 mins)
Feedback triggers - adjusted prior to Christmas, Ben to check.
URGENT - TICKET-11653. PCQ navigation - requires investigation and replication. 6 or 7 instances. Not sure if it applies to ALL or not. Click on Document is fine, but clicking Back in browser. Rich to check.
URGENT - TICKET-11782 and TICKET-11601 for formatting issues on Test Portal. Dev required. Rich to check.
URGENT - TICKET-11719 Default Schools. Rich to check.
Schools -
HPG - anyone coming face to face weekly intensive. No VAT.
LSE-OFF - used to be In-Company Training pre-2022, 2023 Home Tuition added, now exclusively Young Adults. No VAT.
LSE-Online - anything delivered online, groups or IT. No VAT.
LSEC - Inactive (Canterbury). Different finance details/company.
LSIC - Inactive (check, poss still active). Different company, used to be Public Courses, Special Courses. VAT applied. Diff finance details.
LSO - Inactive (check, poss still active). Different company, used to be Self-Study Courses and Special Courses. VAT applied. Diff finance details.
ML - Modern Languages/
WS - Westcroft. Inactive.
On ticket, suggesting to switch LSE-OFF to be “YA”. Natasha needs to split out YA students, but cannot segment by this School because of presence of HT students.
Any students created 30/09/2023 and prior should be kept in LSE-OFF.
Create new School for YA. Consider:

LSE Online IT -
Faeza to send through form fields.
Option to book subsequent course (if easy), single IT booking if not.
Client would like to keep Online “Courses” on the front door.
New portal should be IT only. Would like to compare the traffic between the two.
Client understands they will still need to convert any Course bookings to IT bookings.
ML Discount Codes - Rich to create new Client Project Ticket (currently sitting under LS-173).
Dev work has been done, but not installed to LSE so far. Requires system upgrade.
Priority is not high for this, but if this is easily implementable once upgraded, then go ahead.
Rich to check system upgrade, then roll-out (KB article/training session)

Main focus for Q1. Split to 3 areas:
Young Adults PCQs
For Q1 LS-167: PCQ - Academic Document. Not identical to existing Adults PCQs, but similar.
Need ASAP.
Lee to provide requirements.
For Q2 LS-169:
Additional forms to request details from parents.
Flight Details (linked to Transfer Booking).
Account level data (parent permissions).
What are the questions? Mapped to which fields? What is the timing, based on what? Any chasing - frequency, content.
LS-72 Improvements to Adults PCQ

Most likely to use Batch email system

Explained custom build, with HTML coding behind template. Not straight-forward to make changes.
Would like to make Level System more granular which feeds into Learner Plans.

Client queried whether it is possible to have more than one student portal, to tailor the content to ML and YA.
Need to check whether it is possible to run more than one portal concurrently (same username and password, but directing students to use a specific portal)
Client queried possibility of level check recording/upload functionality.
Client queried possibility of integrating Schoolworks/Xero.
Discussed “integration” of Xero - export custom defined report to upload to Xero.
