SCENARIO COMPARISON
Introduction
The scenario comparison features in 4C Supply® allow users to compare a variety of forecast calculation outcome parameters between contexts (study, scenario, RTSM data extract). Users can compare:
two or more scenarios from different studies,
two or more scenarios from the same study,
the same scenario, but with different RTSM data extracts or
combinations of the above.
These comparison capabilities can help meet different comparison use case requirements, such as:
comparing different what-if scenarios or
comparing the alignment of actuals development with a forecast.
Visual scenario comparison reports
Visual scenario comparison reports allow the user to compare the site activation, enrollment, net demand and production plan between contexts in a visual form. Because some of these reports display actual and forecasted data, visual reports are particularly useful in comparing the alignment of actuals development with a forecast.
Scenario parameter comparison
Scenario parameter comparison facilitates the comparison of key indicators from multiple scenarios in a compact tabular form.
Notes
There must be a valid forecast report for each context in a comparison. If one or more of the contexts does not have a valid forecast report, a popup message is shown when the comparison report is called.
