Overview

The ‘Home’ page is the default landing page for users after they log in. It is organized into four tabs for ‘Editor’ or ‘Read-Only’ users, plus one more which is only accessible to ‘Admin’ users:

• Total Studies

• My Recent Scenarios

• Recent Forecasts

• Key Forecasts

• User Activity (only visible to admin users)

Total Studies

This tab provides users with access to all studies currently in the system along with the date and time of their last forecast. This information is not user-specific. If an extract has been used in a forecast, the name of that extract is also displayed. The study and study description links take the user to the scenario selector, while the scenario description opens the most recent forecast. The information on this tab can be exported in CSV format.

My Recent Scenarios

This tab provides users with access to a list of their recently visited scenarios along with the date, time, and status of their last forecast. This is the only tab that is user-specific, all others will display the same information for every user. The study and study description links take the user to the scenario selector, while the scenario number and description links open the scenario in the SMART Editor.

Recent Forecasts

This tab provides users with access to a complete list of forecasts along with the date, time, and status of their last forecast. This information is not user-specific. If an extract has been used in a forecast, the name of that extract is also displayed. The study and study description links take the user to the scenario selector, while the scenario description opens the most recent forecast.

Key Forecasts

This tab provides users with access to a complete list of key forecasts along with the date, time, and status of their last forecast. This information is not user-specific. If an extract has been used in a forecast, the name of that extract is also displayed. The study and study description links take the user to the scenario selector, while the scenario description opens the most recent forecast.

Note: The key designation is used in 4C Supply to indicate an important or final version of a forecast. Forecasts marked as ‘key’ cannot be edited or re-forecast. For more information on key forecasts see the Forecast Overview section.

User Activity

This tab provides admin users with an overview of user activity within the system including the time and date of their login, last interpreter run, and last forecast. Only admin users see this tab, for editors and read-only users, it is excluded. The usernames link to the relevant user configuration page.
