Introduction

The Initial Shipment Settings table is an optional table that can be used to define initial shipment quantities for a given dispensing unit. The Site Group Code, Dispensing Unit, and Initial Shipment Quantity are all required columns for this table. Note that initial shipment timing is defined separately in the Site Groups table. If Initial Shipment settings are to be defined differently over periods of time, please use the RTSM Parameters Table.

Columns in RED are mandatory attributes.

Site Group Code

Defines the site group that the initial shipment quantity applies to. Must be a single valid site group code as defined in a Site Groups table. If an invalid site group code is used it will be ignored and a warning message will display in the interpreter log.

Dispensing Unit

Defines the dispensing unit that the initial shipment quantity applies to. Must be a dispensing unit code as defined in a Dispensing Units table.

Initial Shipment Quantity

Defines the quantity (number of kits) which will be sent to sites in the defined site group in the initial shipment.
